Scope
These terms apply to the FilmMood (필름무드 AI) iPhone app. By downloading or using it you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where the two conflict, Apple's EULA prevails.
The service
FilmMood is a photo-grading tool: you make albums, add photos, and apply a film look built from a mood phrase, your voice or a reference photo to every scene at once. It is free, needs no account and has no in-app purchases. Features may change or stop without notice.
AI features
- The Mood Agent uses DeepSeek's AI model to suggest look values, and only with your consent. Suggestions are never applied on their own; a look is saved only when you tap Apply.
- AI suggestions can be inaccurate or differ from what you expect. You decide whether to use them.
- If the AI connection is not ready or the network fails, the app shows “AI setup pending” or “Connection needed” and cannot create a new look.
- FilmMood is a photo tool and is not meant for medical, diagnostic or other professional judgement.
Your photos and your responsibility
You keep all rights in the photos and graded copies in the app; we do not receive or store them. Use only photos you own or are allowed to use, and do not use the app to infringe anyone's likeness, copyright or privacy. If a reference photo shows personal text (names, phone numbers and the like), that text may be sent to the AI, so please take care.
Not allowed
- Reverse-engineering or modifying the app, or extracting keys or material bundled in it
- Calling the AI feature in bulk by automated means or trying to generate unlawful content
- Breaking applicable law or the terms of third-party services
Limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for grading results, AI suggestions or loss of on-device data. Keep originals of important photos in Photos and back them up regularly. Nothing here limits liability for our intent or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes and contact
When these terms change we update the revision date; continuing to use the app means you accept the new terms. Anything not covered here follows applicable law, including mandatory consumer rules where you live.
